Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use the site responsibly

Use public pages, downloads, and inquiry features for legitimate purposes. Provide accurate information, respect other people’s rights, and follow applicable law and any resource license. This policy applies to automated activity as well as ordinary browsing.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorized access, credential attacks, malicious code, exploiting a vulnerability, bypassing access restrictions, or disrupting the site or its providers.
• Spam, deceptive submissions, impersonation, phishing, harassment, threats, or using another person’s identity or contact information without authority.
• Uploading or sending unlawful material, infringing work, another party’s confidential information, or regulated data through an unauthorized channel.
• Bulk harvesting of contact details, abusive scraping, removing rights notices, reselling protected downloads, or unauthorized commercial reuse.
• Misrepresenting an advisory relationship, certification, endorsement, testimonial, or permission from Christine Moffett LLC.

The Security Disclosure Policy provides a route to report a suspected issue; it does not grant permission to conduct intrusive testing.

3. Automation and intellectual property

Ordinary search indexing of publicly accessible pages, consistent with technical instructions and reasonable traffic levels, is distinct from a license to republish, commercialize, or train a model on protected work. Obtain permission for uses that require it. Nothing here removes lawful exceptions or creates exclusive rights over facts or public-domain material.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We may moderate available comment features, reject submissions, restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, or refer matters to providers or appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to address misuse, enforce rights, or comply with law. These actions are subject to applicable legal requirements and do not waive other remedies.

This policy does not prohibit lawful criticism, truthful reviews, reporting misconduct, protected disclosures, or exercising consumer rights.
