Communications & Newsletter Policy
Subscriptions, requested resources, unsubscribe choices, and business correspondence.
Effective and last updated: September 30, 2026
1. What you request
A newsletter or resource form may request the updates identified on that form, including Christine’s perspectives on leadership, technology, AI, cybersecurity, or advisory services. The form’s wording describes the requested communication. An ordinary consulting inquiry does not, by itself, request every newsletter or authorize unrelated portfolio companies to market to you.
Subscriptions offered through LinkedIn or another platform are also governed by that platform’s controls and terms.
2. Delivery and service providers
We use subscription and email-delivery providers, including Kit for integrated signup features. They may process contact details, signup source, preferences, delivery information, and, where enabled, opens or clicks. These signals can be affected by privacy protections and automated activity. The Privacy Policy explains related data handling.
3. Unsubscribe and corrections
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email he***@**************tt.com with “Unsubscribe” and the address receiving the messages. We will honor marketing opt-out requests within the period required by applicable law, including within ten business days where the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act applies. We do not require a purchase or fee to unsubscribe.
We may keep a limited suppression record to respect your choice. Necessary inquiry replies, engagement administration, security messages, and legally required notices may continue. To change an email address or preferences, use available subscription controls or contact us.
4. Sender identity and related businesses
Messages should identify the responsible sender and, when required, include an appropriate marketing disclosure, postal address, and opt-out method. Christine Moffett LLC’s correspondence address is 1616 Concierge Blvd, Daytona Beach, Florida 32117, United States. This policy is not a substitute for required information in an individual marketing message.
An update mentioning a related publisher or portfolio brand does not mean that another entity is your consulting provider. The entity identified in the relevant agreement or transaction remains responsible for that service.
5. Sharing and misuse
You may share a public article link. Forwarding a message should respect personal information, unsubscribe links specific to the recipient, and copyright. Do not use our subscription forms to enroll someone else without authority or submit purchased, scraped, or bulk lists.
Contact Christine Moffett LLC at he***@**************tt.com with the subject “Subscription question”. Do not include passwords, controlled information, or sensitive documents in an initial message.
