Copyright Complaints & DMCA Policy

How to report potentially infringing material or a misuse of our original work.

Effective and last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Reporting material on this website

If you own copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe material on christinemoffett.com infringes that copyright, send a specific report to he***@**************tt.com with “Copyright complaint” in the subject. You may also write to Christine Moffett LLC, 1616 Concierge Blvd, Daytona Beach, Florida 32117, United States. This is the company’s copyright contact; this notice does not represent that a DMCA designated-agent registration or statutory safe-harbor eligibility has been established.

2. Information to provide

  • Your name, mailing address, email, and a way to contact you.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list where appropriate.
  • The exact URL and enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material.
  • An explanation of your ownership or authority and the use you believe is unauthorized.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
  • A statement that the report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Consider licenses, fair use, and other lawful exceptions before submitting a report. Knowingly materially false infringement claims can have legal consequences. Do not send unnecessary personal records or confidential materials.

3. Review and response

We may request clarification, review the identified material, contact relevant parties, or restrict or remove material when appropriate. Receipt is not an admission of infringement. We may share necessary report details with the person who supplied the material, advisers, or a service provider to investigate and respond, subject to applicable law. Repeated substantiated infringement may lead to restrictions on available submission features.

4. If your material was restricted

If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact the same address with the URL, your explanation, evidence of permission or lawful use, and contact details. Where a statutory DMCA process applies, a counter-notice has additional formal requirements and legal consequences, including consent to appropriate court jurisdiction. Obtain suitable legal advice before making sworn statements. This policy does not promise restoration or a statutory timeline where that process does not apply.

5. Our work copied elsewhere

To alert us that our work may have been copied, provide the original URL, the suspected copy, and available nonintrusive evidence. We decide whether and how to pursue a claim. Do not access private systems, confront others in our name, or send takedown demands on our behalf without authority.
