1. Brand identifiers
Christine Moffett LLC’s name, logo, and other source-identifying branding are used to identify the business and its services. Whisperer Holdings and related publishing or leadership brands may belong to their respective owners. Rights and registration status vary by mark and jurisdiction; this notice does not claim that every name or logo is a federally registered trademark.
2. Permitted factual references
Accurate editorial, nominative, comparative, and other lawful references are not prohibited by this notice. Do not use branding in a way that is misleading about sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, certification, or the source of goods or services.
3. Uses requiring approval
Written authorization is required for uses that need a brand license, such as placing our logo on commercial products, using branding in a paid endorsement or co-branded promotion, or presenting a business as an authorized partner. Do not register confusingly similar domains, handles, product names, or marks, or impersonate the company or Christine Moffett.
4. Third-party marks and credentials
Names such as CMMC, NIST, Cyber AB, product names, and other organization marks are referenced for identification and context. Their owners retain their rights. A reference, link, credential, or tool mention does not by itself establish government approval, a vendor partnership, or endorsement of this website. Use of certification or practitioner marks remains subject to the issuing body’s rules.
